SHIPPING

I offer flat rate shipping. For standard US and Canada Shipping: Your first item is $4.95 to ship and each additional item after that is just $1 per item. I ship with USPS first class mail and parcel post mail. For International Shipping: email me for a quote at mtraylor@era-king.com

PRODUCTION TIME

Unless stated otherwise, my items are made to order. For totes, baby stuff or pillows, please allow me 10-14 days, for quilts and larger item, please allow me up to 3 weeks for production time before I ship your order.

RETURNS

If you need to return an item/items please contact me within 7 days (we go by the confirmation receipt date which will be counted as the first day) of receipt of the product and we will give you instructions on how to return the package to us. There is no returns on custom or personalized orders.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to ship the package back to us. The item must be in its original condition including tags. A refund will be credited back to your account.
