    Remember that big scorch mark I left on my wool mat? 😭 So many of you shared tips, and Gina Tell from @gina_tell_threadgraffiti gave me the best fix. Just put hydrogen peroxide on an old towel, lay it over the stain, and iron on top. The scorch mark lifted right out, like magic. This trick even works on fabric stains and scorch marks too. I’m so grateful for this quilting community. Check out Gina’s page and her YouTube channel, Thread Graffiti, for even more quilting wisdom!

    Today I’m pulling from my basket of rescue quilts and giving this scrappy vintage hexagon quilt a new life. The quilt top was machine pieced and filled with lots of pinks, florals, and scrappy prints.
