In Quilt It Already!, we’re working through four different quilting projects, planning our designs, exploring free motion quilting techniques, and getting those quilts finished. New lessons are added weekly, and you can join us anytime. Bring your own unfinished quilt tops or use one of the four included PDF patterns!

I’m Melanie
Hi, I’m Melanie. I’ve been quilting since 2010, and what began as a small hobby has grown into a deep appreciation for the process of making and slowing down. Quilting has taught me patience, curiosity, and the value of showing up, even when things feel imperfect.
These days, I design quilt patterns, teach online self-paced quilting classes, and curate and design fabric with one goal in mind, helping quilters build skills and confidence while enjoying the journey from first stitch to finished quilt. I believe the process matters just as much as the finish.
