Little Miss Sawtooth Quilt – #7 – The Coral Romantic Version – Quilt Reveal

So I don’t know what it is about this version of this quilt, but I am finding it one of or the most romantic quilts I’ve ever made.  I guess it’s just the colors, maybe.  The corals and oranges and bits of mint are certainly agreeing with me and the weather we are having…

Little Miss Sawtooth Quilt – #6 – quilt reveal

I hope that you are not getting tired of seeing me make this quilt.  I’m pretty much making one every other month now.  This was a customer requested quilt in blues and greens and low volumes as requested. The best part about this quilt is with the exception of the large low volume squares…

Little Miss Sawtooth Quilt for Rachelle – an update

This whole project has just filled me with such warmth and I keep thinking what a perfect time of year for this to fall on. If you are lost with today’s topic, please read this post first. I asked you to send quilt blocks for Rachelle Sheer and her family (who lost their home…

Little Miss Sawtooth Quilt #4 – quilt reveal

Yes, I made this quilt again!  I really enjoyed this one too.  I didn’t choose the colors, but I did get to choose all the fabrics.  The star blocks in this quilt are just perfect for your scrap boxes.  I could go on and on about how much I enjoy getting to pull those boxes…

Now I just make them a little bigger and trim them down, the same way we do half square triangles. So much easier. So much cleaner. Being open to changing your method… even after years of doing it one way matters.Photo 2: And this paper plate system? I didn’t expect to love it this much. One plate per block. Everything I need, all in one spot. If I have time for one block, I grab one plate. If I have time for three, I grab three. Less mess. Less digging. More sewing. quiltyclass.com
All organized! Thanks to my friend Kathy for sugge All organized! Thanks to my friend Kathy for suggesting this brilliant idea of using paper plates. Each plate represents every piece needed for a single block. Super helpful for Soulshine since the blocks have a gazillion pieces! quiltyclass.comCabinet from @arrowsewing
