The first Swayful blocks are coming together. This The first Swayful blocks are coming together. This is always my favorite part of a new quilt. After all the planning, fabric pulling, and organizing, you finally get to watch the woven knot begin to appear. In Chapter 3 of the Swayful Quilty Class, we build the block together one unit at a time, and I also share a few of my favorite shortcuts for snowball piecing along with the batch sewing workflow I use to keep everything organized as the quilt grows. It’s amazing how quickly a stack of individual units starts looking like a quilt. I can’t wait to see everyone’s blocks!
