Monday is all about Fabric – #73 – Liberty Society
Today’s post is part of a series on this blog every Monday.
I don’t know about you, but fabric is EVERYTHING! I love buying it, petting it and then gushing with you about it. I’ll show you my latest fabric purchases and where you can buy it too.

This lovely bundle arrived last week and it’s plumb full of happy colors. That also might be my first plaid Liberty fabric I’ve received yet!
Let’s gush over fabrics together, shall we?

I’ve been receiving the Liberty Society club bundles now since early spring 2017 and I’m so happy to be a member of this club. I love these beautiful florals arriving at my door each month. Visit Ava and Neve here and get yourself a subscription.
I think I’m a bit partial to the ‘Melody Small’ (yellow). Such happy little daisies, those are! Also the ‘Willow Bell’ (just below the yellow), it looks like a tablecloth I could imagine my grandmother having. So sweet.

This Week
This coming Thursday will be week 3 of the Star Dance Quilt Along. They’ll be a post up with some links to get you to where you need to be.
All last week, I’ve worked on all the PDF patterns for the ‘I am Enough’ quilt along. It’s such a detailed sampler quilt, so it’s been very in depth. I’m hoping to get the introduction PDF into your emails (for those who are signed up) late August. I’ll be introducing you to many ‘new to me’ products that have to do with raw edge applique. For those of you who participated in the Anthologie quilt along last year, we learned one way to raw edge applique with adhesive, this time around, we are doing something completely different. I’ve very excited to show you!
With all the work for these two quilt alongs I haven’t had much time to think about bigger articles right here on the blog. I thought this would be a good time to ask you what you are interested in learning. What can I cover that I haven’t already? What am I missing? What are you interested in? Your input is invaluable to me. I’d love for you to leave me a message in the comments or on my contact page.
Having fun with the Stardance quilt!! I’m almost dont cutting! Its A LOT of cutting, but then I like that its all just sewing after that! So, thats the beauty of a single block pattern! I would love to learn about scaling a block size up or down, depending on how big you need or if you are wanting to use a certain size fussy cut of fabric, etc.
I am exactly the same. ?☺️
Love the fabrics. I just have too much going on right now to start another quilt along. I’ll wait for the next one.
