I’m gearing up both stash builder bundles and A Dresden Quilt bundles in the shop. A little prepwork for the release of my new book StashWork and the A Dresden Quilt Along.

Next year, I’ll be doing a year long sew along with the book. This winter, we will be making an A Dresden quilt together. I hope you will be joining in for both.

Dream

This bundle was created especially for the A Dresden Quilt.  You will receive (12) quarter yard cuts. This is enough for the Dresden blades and centers.

Scrappy Background Option: If you prefer a scrappy background – There’s an option for low volumes/solids in the dropdown (these are chosen for you). \ Prefer to see what you are getting?, find other background bundles here. You need half yard cuts!

Find the A Dresden Quilt pattern here (this is a free pattern, but you have to be on the Southern Charm Quilts email list to view it).

Kit does not include pattern, backing or binding.

You can find the Dresden ruler and pointer here that is used in the pattern, but there’s a template within the pattern if you prefer.

This bundle was created especially for the A Dresden Quilt.  You will receive (12) quarter yard cuts. This is enough for the Dresden blades and centers.

Quaintly

This bundle was created especially for the Fernweh Quilt.  You will receive (9) half yards This is enough for the foreground for the 72″x72″ size in the pattern

Single Background Option: Listing has an option to add background fabric to your bundle.  If you click one of the fabric options, it will show you what the quilt will look like in that option (there’s a slight delay to the color change). Occasionally, your background may be cut in two pieces and if this is the case you’ll be given an extra 1/4 yard cut.

Please note that there are 2 DIFFERENT VERSIONS of Fernweh quilt and they have different background requirements. Choose the version that you want to make and you’ll receive the correct amount of background fabric.

Whisper

You will receive 10 fabrics shown in pictures in your choice of fat quarter or half yard bundle. For more background bundles, click here.

Whisper has been curated to give you a very pale background, but still created for a scrappy background look. Each fabric in this bundle features minimal color and design.
