Monday is all about fabric – #107 – Liberty Society

Today’s post is part of a series on this blog every Monday.

I don’t know about you, but fabric is EVERYTHING!  I love buying it, petting it and then gushing with you about it.  I’ll show you my latest fabric purchases and where you can buy it too.

Today I’m showing you the last two months worth of bundles that have come in for my Liberty Society subscription from Ava + Neve.  There are some yummies in here!  I’ll also be answering some questions that I’ve been getting recently about the Liberty fabrics.

Let’s dig in.

Today’s Fabric Picks

If you’ve never looked into purchasing Liberty Tana Lawn before, you might be surprised at their prices.  A fat quarter is usually around $15.  I have a subscription to the Liberty Society a monthly bundle of 10 prints that show up at my door.  They are fat sixteenth cuts, so they measure 9×13″.  Its an economic way of getting the Liberty prints in smaller cuts, a good variety and not killing your budget all at once.

They are a cotton lawn, very silkily soft, but still manageable to quilt with.  Their texture and all the tiny florals are exactly what drew me to them in the first place.

I’ve been receiving the Liberty Society club bundles now since early spring 2017 and I’m so happy to be a member of this club.  I love these beautiful florals arriving at my door each month.  Visit Ava and Neve here and get yourself a subscription.

This Week

Wednesday I’ll be showing you the fabrics I’m using for my Bad Girl quilt during the quilt along.  There will be bundled kits for you too!
