Today’s post is part of a series on this blog every Monday.
I don’t know about you, but fabric is EVERYTHING! I love buying it, petting it and then gushing with you about it. I’ll show you my latest fabric purchases and where you can buy it too.

I know there isn’t any videos today showing off the fabrics, nor last week. I’m deep into video making while working on the Anthologie quilt pattern that releases late August, so I just couldn’t spare the time for the fabric videos. I hope the pictures suffice. Hugs.
This is Shades of Gold. She’s for the Good Girl quilt. This bundle is made up of 7 low volumes for backgrounds and 10 gold fabrics for the foregrounds. It’s the complete kit for the large throw size. You could add in more golds to make it extra scrappy as well.
Up next is Flora Sunset. We’ve had Flora Sunset before, but this time around she’s been much more saturated with yellows and golds, rusts and reds. This one is 10 half yards and is for Oh Honey quilt.

Our final bundle this week is another new Balance bundle. Balance bundles are always 1/2 yard cuts and they are meant to help you get the right balance with your scrappy backgrounds. This one has 12 different fabrics in it. The pineapples are a current favorite.
I feel like all I’m doing lately is thinking about Anthologie, talking about Anthologie and preparing for Anthologie. Such a big pattern and I’m trying to make sure everything you might need is available by the time the pattern releases. So this week we have Dresden tutorials happening. It’s the start of a Dresden series that should fit nicely in when working on Anthologie this Fall or anytime you are working on Dresdens. Probably will take two weeks for them all to go live. Also, there will be a reveal of my vintage quilt that I finished up just a few days ago.
