A Dresden Quilt #10 – Mostly Oranges + Pinks – Quilt Reveal

A Dresden Quilt in mostly oranges and pinks, plus a bit of turquoise and yellow fabrics
Well, I finished her and my goodness she takes forever, but well worth the effort I think. I just love Dresdens so much!
A Dresden Quilt is a free pattern that you can find here.

About the Quilt
This was another commission quilt where I was given a color palette to work with. Mostly pinks and oranges, but a little yellow and turquoise was tossed in too.
I loved it!
I think it’s one of the more prettier versions I’ve made.
Unfortunately, it was so big that my pictures suffered a bit. It’s a queen size 84×96″.

I went with a basic meander for my quilting on this one, but got a little fancy on the inside of the Dresden plates.
I LOVE the sea of low volume. And that gorgeous rose fabric makes me smile. 🙂
I used only stash for this quilt and it was nice to pull from my drawers and get some of the hoard used, especially all the low volume. I so enjoy coordinating those.
