Soulshine Quilt #2 – Cinnamon Tea – Quilt Reveal

Soulshine Quilt in Cinnamon Tea Fabrics
I finally finished it! This one has been in my WIP stash since February/March? Not terribly long, but long enough to make me feel guilty. LOL.
Let’s gush…

About this Soulshine Quilt
If you didn’t catch the “in progress” post of this quilt, you’ll find it here. I think this quilt might have been the first time I used my Cinnamon Tea fabrics.
The foreground is all Cinnamon Tea. The background is Clothworks Vanilla Cream.
I did a lot of different quilting designs in the backing, combining feathers, pebbles twigs, and swirls. See my FMQ tutorials here.
For the foreground, I outlined the stars in the ditch and did just a bit more to them on the inside, but I did less than I normally do, leaving the stars to “puff” just a bit. I really like the effect that doing this made, even though I probably prefer my original way of quilting it.
