Quilting Designs Used

For this mini quilt, I combined several of my favorite quilting motifs to create texture and movement throughout the quilt.

The quilting includes:

• Stitching in the ditch
• Ruler quilting
• Drapes quilted in the foreground
• Toothpaste swirls in the background
• A scalloped border to finish the quilt

Using several quilting designs together creates lots of contrast while allowing each section of the quilt to stand on its own.
