Today’s post is part of a series on this blog every Monday.
I don’t know about you, but fabric is EVERYTHING! I love buying it, petting it and then gushing with you about it. I’ll show you my latest fabric purchases and where you can buy it too.

What a week I had last week! Lots of problems, lots of frustrations and then lots of fun and lots of quilty finishes! Highs and lows. I’m happy to be starting a fresh new week and Mondays are the days I like to gush over fabric, making them extra nice.
We had a Moda sales rep come over to the house last week and on my table was just less than a dozen future fabric lines coming available next year. I’m not very familiar with Moda fabrics, I must admit, but I wanted the account so that I could get in all the lovely Ruby Star Society fabrics I’m seeing. We only have a few in the shop and wanted to do things more proper. I was shown fabrics from French General, Corey Yoder, and a few others. Those will all start trickling in next year, but I did get to order multiple bolts of Grunge, which should be coming in next week. I was over the moon for it and it was even prettier in person. I also ordered 35 bolts of Ruby Star. Fingers crossed it all arrives. Since I’ve pre-ordered those so late I’m not guaranteed to get them, but that hasn’t stopped me from being excited. I’ll be stalking the UPS man from now until then!
Enough of all this housekeeping! On to Petunia Punch!!
Wade (my lovely husband) has been cutting all the orders and bundles over at Meander + Make, so if you’ve bought fabric in the last month, he’s the one who cut it for you. He decided he wanted to try his hand at putting a bundle together and Petunia Punch is the result of his efforts and some tweaking on my part. I know this might be a bit biased, but I think he did rather nicely. I’ll leave it to you to decide. 🙂
I can’t stop staring at Tula’s Delight fabric. I don’t do a lot of red, but this red is simply lovely. Feels like candy. I’m bound to back a quilt with it. Maybe make something Christmassy this year? Who knows, but it’s calling my name for sure!
