Progress Over Perfection
Let’s take a moment to talk about something really important. Perfection is overrated! I know it’s easy to get caught up in trying to make every seam perfect, every point match exactly, and every block look just like the pattern. But guess what? Every little mistake is part of your learning journey.
Maybe one of your seams ended up a little wonky, or maybe you had to rip out a few stitches (we’ve all been there!). Instead of seeing these moments as mistakes, try thinking of them as proof that you’re growing and improving with each block you make. Quilting is about joy, creativity, and embracing the process, so let’s celebrate that!
Catch Up or Jump In
If you’ve been keeping up, you probably have a nice little stack of blocks coming together, and that’s so exciting! But if life has gotten in the way and you’re a little behind, no worries. Swayful Quilty Class – BEGINS JUNE 29
A new quilt is beginning inside Quilty Class. Swayful features a woven knot design created from rotating blocks and simple snowball construction. The pattern is fat quarter friendly for the foreground fabrics and includes a unique border that carries the movement all the way to the edges of the quilt.
We’ll begin on June 29 and work through the quilt top together step-by-step as new lessons are released.
