A Dresden Quilt #12 – Cinnamon Tea – Quilt Reveal

A Dresden Quilt in Cinnamon Tea Fabrics

Well, hello, quilty peeps! I finally finished this lovely. Another A Dresden quilt! What a joy to get to make my most made quilt in my very own fabrics. Let’s chat…

About this A Dresden Quilt

If you didn’t catch the “in progress” post of this quilt, you’ll find it here. I knocked this one out fairly quickly because I had a lot of insomnia while I was making. The silver lining of insomnia is more hours to spend on quilting. Lol.

The foreground is all Cinnamon Tea. The background is as well, but I also included low volumes from some of my other fabric collections.

I wish I was going to be keeping this one, but sadly it has gone to another home. It really works well with my other living room decor, I think.

I quilted this one’s background with a basic meander. The quilting on the Dresden plates was done with a swirl in the center and then looping on the petals. I have a video tutorial for it here.
