I am so excited to finally have this quilt done. It languished for several weeks before I quilted it. It’s so big that I needed to get in the right headspace to complete it. LOL. Anyway, I DID IT!

About this Inner Beauty Quilt

I am beyond pleased with how this turned out. I think this is my third quilt to date in my Wholehearted fabrics. The other two are still WIPs unfortunately!

All the fabrics used on the front are from my Wholehearted line.

The free motion took me over a week to complete. And naturally, when making a quilt this large (90″ square) I had to go and choose something difficult for the designs. Each square is specially quilted. I won’t say that I didn’t end up regretting this during the course of quilting it, but when I FINALLY had it completed I was grateful that I had taken the time to do it.

Always right? First you have all these wonderful plans and then you hate yourself for making things hard on yourself and THEN you are glad you went the hard route. LOL.
